Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between Built by Shah LLC (“Built by Shah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any person or entity (“you,” “your,” or the “Client”) who accesses bodyshopbyshah.com (the “Site”) or purchases or uses our services and software, including without limitation: Google Ads management, custom website design and development, AI agents/automations, and the Built by Shah Command Center (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or using any Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site or Services.

Quick summary (non‑legal): We offer marketing services and software for auto body shops. You’ll keep control of your accounts and pay ad platforms directly; we manage strategy and execution. We license our software and retain IP in our tools/templates. We stand behind our work with a performance guarantee (see §7) subject to fair conditions (access, budgets, timely follow‑up, tracking). 1. Who We Are; How to Contact Us

  • Entity. The Services are provided by Built by Shah LLC.

  • Notices. Legal notices must be sent to the email above and by mail to: Built by Shah LLC, Attn: Legal, 1712 Langley Avenue, Irvine CA 92614.

2. Eligibility; Accounts

You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Scope of Services

We provide one or more of the following, as set out in a proposal, order form, or statement of work (“SOW”):

3.1 Google Ads Management. Campaign strategy, setup, creative, keyword and audience management, landing page recommendations, ongoing optimization, reporting, and analytics configuration. Budgets are paid by you directly to Google or the applicable platform.

3.2 Custom Website Design & Development. Discovery, UX/UI design, content guidance, development, QA, launch assistance, and optional hosting handoff. We may use frameworks, templates, components, libraries, or third‑party services to deliver your project efficiently.

3.3 AI Agents & Automations. Setup of AI‑assisted lead follow‑ups, reminders, customer updates, and related workflow automations. These features may send SMS, voice, or email via third‑party providers you authorize. You are responsible for obtaining all required consents and complying with applicable communications laws (e.g., TCPA/CTIA in the U.S.).

3.4 Command Center Software. Access to our web‑based dashboard for lead tracking, performance insights, follow‑ups, and team management, provided on a subscription basis (see §6). We may offer beta or experimental features at our discretion.

3.5 Consulting & Training. Strategy, audits, coaching, and team training as agreed in writing.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and an SOW, the SOW controls for the conflicting item only.

4. Your Responsibilities

To enable high performance, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, brand assets, and timely approvals.
  • Grant and maintain admin access to required ad/analytics/CRM/website accounts, call tracking numbers, and DNS/hosting as needed.
  • Fund ad budgets and required third‑party tools/services.
  • Implement recommended tracking (pixels, call tracking, forms) and website changes within reasonable timeframes.
  • Staff and respond to inbound leads promptly (calls, forms, texts, emails) and maintain professional conduct with prospects and customers.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and carrier rules.

5. Third‑Party Platforms & Tools

We may integrate or rely on services provided by third parties (e.g., Google Ads, Webflow, call/SMS providers, analytics). Those providers are not under our control; your use is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party outages, policy changes, enforcement actions, or data loss.
